Audio is not working!

Hey guys, I decided to switch to kali linux 2 days ago, (i'm using a fresh one right now) and everything in the installation went ok, i'm using the xfce gui, the main problem is that i cant listen anything, i've reinstalled 16 times already, went through multiple tries to fix this, all you can imagine, do you guys know any fix? have this happen to you before? 2 days since i'm trying to fix
