Pair ESP32 with Inbuilt Serial Bluetooth using Kali OS

Hi, What is the best way to connect the BLE device ESP32 with Serial Bluetooth which is Inbuilt in laptop? Can we read the BLE device data in bytes format by using serial method code in C programming what changes will be useful?

Any kind of suggestion on this will be very useful.

You may get an answer here, but you would have a much greater chance in the ESP32 or Arduino-type forum, as Kali is not very relevant here and the way it would work is pretty much the same across all Linux version.
