Bright adjust fn is crazy on Dell Precision Laptop

Hello friends.. please help =)
I have a Kali Linux distro, with the 4.14.0 kernel using the Gnome 3.27.92.
I have a Laptop with hybrid GPUs.
So, this issue is going to make 1 year that i'm trying to solve, but no luck. Every time i try to adjust brightness using Fn key+ Up or Down, the adjusting almost works very well, but the animation appears to freeze on minimum or maximum.
If i adjust by mouse on upper menu, it works fine.
It happened after an dist upgrade.
Could someone give a sugestion on how can i shoot this annoying problem?
