Hi,
I have the following problem:
I downloaded the latest Kali 64 bit iso and installed it on a USB drive using dd (As told in the Kali Linux Explained book/webpages).
When I plug it in to my Mac book and reboot it gives me the following output:

What could be the problem here?
I have a MacBook Pro 16 inch 2019 model.
2,4 Ghz i9
32 Gb memory
