I am install kali NetHunter. Everything ok but when i am trying to connect to kex vnc server it connected but it come a black screen. I was try apt update && apt full-upgrade. it's not work.

I have noticed this happening with a lots of new installations after 2020.3.
Solution was to upgrade then
chmod +x ~/.vnc/xstartup
I too facing the same problem, just black screen with cursor visible after KeX connect
