Android 10 firmware 10.3.1 work with kali nethunter, or there will be problems?

Works fine.
I'm running NetHunter on OOS 10.3.1-GM57AA and haven't had any problems.

I am using same version but Kali desktop not working ,kex manager not working

Use first password which you insert in kex manager, and check if you are in root or kali user
