Zapproxy in not installed in 2019.3

Hi,

Just a quick observation, zapproxy is listed in the tools section https://tools.kali.org/web-applications/zaproxy, however it is not installed in the latest version of Kali 2019.3 virtualbox image. Is this an oversight?
