Kali on Android: command not found

Hey,

I wanted to set up a chroot environment for using Kali on my phone (Samsung GT-I9500), So I downloaded the armhf's img file and copied it's files into /data/kali on the phone.
When I changed dir to /data/kali and entered 'chroot . /bin/bash' it said command not found. Even when I run '/data/kali/bin/bash' it's the same.
I also tried different busybox vers, didn't work.

Is it because of the wrong arch? (armhf/armel)
Or even dynamic libs? (how?)
