Request: create an official Kali PPA with wifiphisher?

I'd like to make it easier to install Wifiphisher on Debian/Ubuntu. I noticed that you can't just copy Kali's package to their repositories because it also depends on PyRIC, so I figured I would try to start my own PPA. The problem though is that it needs a .changes file and "apt-get source" didn't give me one and rebuilding via running "debuild" resulted in:

E: pybuild pybuild:89: cannot detect build system, please use --system option or set PYBUILD_SYSTEM env. variable

Could official Kali devs set up a PPA with Wifiphisher to simplify installation for Debian/Ubuntu users?
