What's the best device for Kali ARM wireless monitoring?

Hi guys,

I have 3 android devices, a Samsung Galaxy Note N700, a Asus Transformer Infinity TF700 and a Asus Nexus 7 2013, and I'm wondering if any of this devices is suited for wireless monitoring with his on-board wifi adapter.

The perfect device for me would be the Nexus, but my nexus is neither rooted or unlocked, and considering it's brand new, i'd like to keep it untouched for now..
In 2nd place I'd prefer to use the Note, simply because it's easier to use than the 10" TF700 tablet.

The real issue is I dunno if any of this devices internal adapter is suited for wifi intrusion.. My intention is use the device for data collecting due to it's size, and use my laptop at the office for the rest.
