"sudo apt" wont work, while i can ping the sudos ip

Hi, i did check network confifuration couple of times - but here i was trying to use firefox or sudo apt. Result was that internet wont work, while i can use ssh and ping others (and kali.org ipv4). Im using vps if thats an issue.
Here, is an example:
