Raspberry Pi 4 (Kali Linux 2020.4) is keeps on rebooting if USB storage is connected to it.

Hi,

I am using Kali Linux arm64 2020.4 on a Raspberry Pi 4 8Gb.
When I connect a USB storage device to any USB port it crashes and goes in boot loop. When I remove USB storage then it boots successfully.
I have tested it with a thumb drive with ntfs and fat32 file system. I also tried connecting an externally powered hdd but result is same.

Can anyone help me to resolve this issue?
