SDR Tools Missing?
Hello All,
I have installed kali-linux-1.0.5-i386.iso as a VM in VirtualBox as I need to the gqrx tool. However, when I view the menu options for Wireless Attacks->Software Defined Radio, there are only 6 programs listed (rtl_* with no mention of gqrx).
It was my understanding that v1.0.5 was shipped with gqrx as referenced here: http://www.kali.org/news/kali-linux-...radio-support/ I cannot see gnuradio-companion or locate it on command line.
Is this not the case for the 32bit version?
Alternatively, I have tried to install the applications myself by following: http://dangerousprototypes.com/2013/...tl-sdr-dongle/ but the packages cannot be found and I get the message add ubuntu universe and multiple repos ..what repos should I add to apt for this that works with Kali?
Thank you,
Paul

Maybe you should look a bit harder :)
Code:
root@kali:~# gnuradio-companion --help
Usage: gnuradio-companion [options] [saved flow graphs]
Options:
--version show program's version number and exit
-h, --help show this help message and exit
root@kali:~# gnuradio-companion --version
