ClamAV doesn't exist in apt-cache?

Apt-cache and apt-get have been acting really strange for me lately. First Terminator disappeared off the list, and now I can't find ClamAV either. I tend to use my Kali live CD for generally anything I can, and read that you can use ClamAV with pretty much any live-boot linux CD to help clean up a messy Windows install. I was going to look at a friend's laptop for them and see if I could clean it and/or back up files.

Anyone have any thoughts on why I can't find ClamAV? Do I need to add some apt-get repositories to the appropriate config file?

I actually hadn't modified my repos at all, turns out that for some reason, while my Kali box WAS going around the proxy, it isn't now. I realized this when even apt-get update && apt-get upgrade quit working on me. I fixed the .bashrc file to include the proxy server, which fixed that problem, but apt-cache search is still acting wonky on me. I did double check the repository, which actually only had a single entry for the security.kali link, it lacked the other one, and also lacked either of the deb-src links. We'll see if that helps, thanks for the link!
