Kali Linux crashing due to ram

Hi,
I'm using dual boot windows and Linux
recently I have installed kali Linux but while using kali I'm get horizontal black bars on screen and system crashing.
sometime this issue gets while login.
I tried some method but not worked.
I didn't know what causing this error.

but finally,
I got to know what causing error,
I have two 4gb ram stick
1- 4gb 1333 frequency
2- 4gb 1600 frequency
I tried running kali on single 4gb ram stick (removed 2nd ram)
I tried this method with both ram stick. it was working perfectly with both single ram no errors.

its just causing error when they both are attached.
So what can I do about it now?
