Dell Chromebook cb1c13 install

I have currently installed the HP Chromebook (https://images.offensive-security.co...-exynos.img.xz) image file mounted to an 8GB SD Card in my Chromebook. I have developer mode enabled, boot from usb enabled, and boot legacy enabled. Whenever I see the usual no OS check screen in the boot and I press CTRL + U, it just cuts to a black screen. I can tell that the monitor is still on, but nothing is happening. I know that it is reading the SD card because when I take it out and try it, it just beeps and doesn't go to the black screen. I think it's trying to read the SD card but not getting anything out of it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
