Kali Doesnt have a GUI

So I downloaded kali on my laptop Model:Dell Inspiron 15 and while installing I uh skipped the select and install software step now my kali is installed but it's just a terminal interface there is no gui the iP commands just show something like 00:00:00:00:00 and ping commands returning Temporary failure in name since my model doesnt have a lan connection port I'm using a USB 2.0 fast ethernet adapter, how can I get the default XFCE interface with all the other components installed now??
