I used "locate etter.conf"
and found it as usual at /etc/ettercap/etter.conf

Have you started postgresql service
in terminal type "service...

Are you forgetting to run
service postgresql start
service metasploit start
in console in console before running
msfconsole

hexedit /usr/lib/chromium/chromium
tab
ctrl+s geteuid change to getppid
ctrl+x Y

try
apt-get install libmoose-perl
if that doesnt sort it try
cpan -i Moose

i get this error msg
