The CM version of Nethunter works correctly only on One Plus One devices I think. Did you tried official Nexus 5 Android ROM and flash Nethunter for Hammerhead on that ?

I flashed stock Android 6.0 just fine and also it flashes the TWRP recovery but it fails...
