In terminal remove the .vnc folder from the default home folder and root folder then type vncserver and it should work.

Command "vncserver -localhost no" it should work now.
Use hippo-ubuntu instead. In that distro chromium is pre-installed . And probably need to compile from source code.

Use vnc viewer and double tap to right click . For Android best VNC viewer is real vnc limiteds vnc viewer.
