don't worry, i had the same problem myself
you should know that you can still run windows, when you first start your computer, hit F10(or F8 it depends, you should see it on the screen )...

i just read your post
the grub doesn't recognize the windows hard drive, maybe you misconfigured it during the installation.
anyway try the command update-grub and bring the output.
