Today I dist-upgraded kali and got some errors too... It seen the the new nvidia-cuda-tookit 7.5 broke every thing...
Everything worked fine before that....
Since kali 2016.1 there is no "install kali" icon in Applications after Live boot...
Is there some way to start that from terminal?
I'm doing it that way because my keyboard is not functioning...
Latest Kali iso boots it UEFI fine! Just install it with network mirror and it will download the grub EFI files...
1. remove existing instalation first!
apt-get remove pyrit
2. Move to your home directory (I'm installing it there) and then check out the pyrit trunk
cd ~
svn checkout...
modinfo nvidia-current

modinfo nvidia doesn't work for me too.
glxspheres/64 seems to be not installed due to my tutorial. I can only run optirun glxgears
optirun glxinfo ?!?
Did you tried this?
Since Kali 2.0 everything you need is in the repo:
1. Edit your sources:
leafpad /etc/apt/sources.list
Copy paste the following repositories (remove existing lines or you can comment them out...
apt-get upgrade -f (I had that problem too)
I've had the same problem after upgrading from 1.1.0a to 2.0!
Boot into Recovery Mode:
cd /etc/pam.d
rm gdm-autologin.dpkg
cp gdm-autologin.dpkg-old /etc/pam.d gdm-autologin.dpkg
rm...
I'm having issues with this card. It goes to monitor mode but seems that injection is not working. Also I'm trying to fakeauth without success.
Running the latest kali.
