is there a way to get back to Kali 2.0 after update? My PC freezes when trying to run gdm3 (black screen, no cursor blinking etc). Only recovery mode works.
u have to install OpenCL libraries.

do u have installed libgl1-fglrx-glx? I had same error when i installed it manually when was trying to instal fglrx from repos.
try apt-get remove libgl1-fglrx-glx and then install ATI drivers...
titmy: U can try another solution for a newer driver. Download ATI 15.9 (15.201) and patch it manually. It works for me too.

OK, I've tested this today, R9 290 + R7970 in OpenCL = ~150k PMKs
then i run only R7970 with CAL++ and it was ~130k PMKs.
R9 is going for sell to setup 3x7970.
ok thanks for the response... So i guess that its better to use 7970 instead of R9 290/290x cause it gets more PMKs on CAL++, it is cheaper and consumes less electricity.
