No i dont think there is another way to install Kali Linux in your computers main ssd drive without making a live bootable cd or usb stick an follow the procedure...
You can do so here...

i suggest you copy all your important files to another usb stick and just install a fresh copy of kali linux 2019.4 to your sandisk 16gb pendrive :)
