I have a 32 bit Kali running here, its fine, just have some minor bugs.
But I'm thinking to re-install this to a 64 bit one.
My hd is partitioned in:
1 - /
2 - /root
3 - /tmp
4 -...

Well, thanks for replying, as I suspected it was the ATI driver messing everything.
I just done:
apt-get purge fglrx*
and restore the default xorg.conf in /etc/X11...
As said above:
download the .deb from official site.
then run in Terminal:
cd [path where you downloaded] (to get in the directory)
dpkg -i [downloaded file.deb] (to install the .deb)
...
Searching in google I could find how to get the error code from debbuger, but i can't find anything about it.

They fixed the bug.
Now you can edit the menu without mess the kali menu.
The changelog:
There was one update today named "kali-menus", maybe it was fixed.
Try apt-get update && apt-get upgrade.
