Why don't you list some of the ways/methods you used to find solution to your hurdles with the 960 GTX so others can benefit? sort of the point of these forums is it not?

I am having the exact same issue with this MSI laptop w/the same GPU: Nvidia 960M ; and have tried for 2 weeks on and off using every method I could find / put together.
Will only boot to gnome...
