Kernel version? Also, did you try to flash any other thing like SuperSU?

Even better would be to update kernel to 5.0 and use cm 12.. Updating busybox and installing multiROM helped some people too :)

CM 13.0 has got issues with many devices, heres what you gotta do:
-Make sure your bootloader is unlocked and you got TWRP installed.
- Update kernel to 5.0 (I did it with multiROM)
- Flash CM...
