I figured it out incase anyone else ever needs to know I just added a Config.txt file the root of the flash drive with this code
Then I just added the drivers to the overlays folder and it works...

I got a new Raspberry Pi3 so I downloaded kali-2.1.2-rpi2.img for my R Pi3. I have never used any other system then windows so I have no clue how to update my display drivers from the dvd it came...
