Ok i found out that i have to start the bluetooth process on every boot manually.
/etc/init.d/bluetooth start
How do i autostart this service? Keyboard works fine and pairs after this command :)

I have successfully installed Kali Linux on my iMac (mid 2010 - 21.5")
