Nethunter work fine with the lastest CM13 for OPO.
I use it with TWRP and multirom.

1) In TWRP, Instal CM13 as a secondary rom
2) Configure your CM13 and enable dev mode with "root access"...

On OPO, you could install Multirom.

Test a new CM12 with nethunter 3 to be sure that's not the upgrade that break it. (that was the case for me...)
