- I put Kali on 16 GB pendrive with Universal USB Installer
- Enter BIOS setup, find Startup and change from UEFI/Legacy Boot to Both
- Startup Priority change to Legacy First

@charonsecurity thanks for very important hint. I've changed some options in my BIOS. Kali loads correctly. When i find some time i will edit this post and save the note about what i haved to do :)
