Thank you! it works, however when I go onto using airodump-ng I find myself with another problem, it lists the bssid as "not associated"...im guessing its because my chipset doesn't show on airmon-ng...

If I type ifconfig, everything looks kosher.
I then type airmon-ng
The interface is recognised as wlan0 but the chipset is unknown, I think this may be my problem. It also displays my driver...
