may be i didn't get it or you bro. when i'm connect to network it uses my actual mac but when i am disconnected it uses the random one and i can't change it to one i want.
and worst it keeps on...

my mac address continually switches while not connected to wifi
and does not let me change it either or set it to the permanent one.
however it set back to permanent one while connecting to wifi...

made a quick search this tools are missing too sqldict, pth-curl, pth-net, pth-rpcclient, pth-smbclient, pth-smb-get, pth-sqsh, pth-winexe, pth-wmic, pth-wmis, ollydgb, regripper
and who knows what...

well i actually don't have account for exactly how many of them are missing since friend of my notified me of this one. and what worries me is what if several of them aremissing

well i do use apt-get update and apt-get dist-upgrade and the sources.list is same what is for kali rolling but not working yet.

upgrading form kali 2016.1 to 2016.2 doesn't installed all the new tools(not available on kali 2016.1) which are available on kali 2016.2 iso image.
for eg. maltego which is available on kali...
