if you find this option menu than it's on kali...
Is it windows OS in C drive ? did you already try to format the drive that you want to install kali via windows and try to install kali again ?
I also have same problem...
My X240 already paired with bluetooth sound wireless, but i didn't see that device in output setting
I already try remove pulseaudio, and install it again
restart...
