and yes finally his way worked. i think this step he was missing before (10.5) is...

hopefully i could manage and switch the firmware-kernel image from adafruit3.5 to waveshare 3.2 in step 3 (Install the PiTFT screen) of that...
nice to be able to boot the new kali-image on rpi3!
