usually: " apt-get install usbutils && airmon-ng' does the trick. try this: apt-cache search lsusb. it should locate it.

Yeah VM also gave me problems with that, so i switched to program called boxes. It works alot easier. I believe you have install it with synaptic manager.

For some reason when i open up the shell, it is not in root. when i open the shell from the nethunter menu, it is still not in root. Before it said: root@kali and now it says u0_a81@grouper:/ $....
