resolved. i did a clean hdd install again. but this time i didnt do apt upgrade.
instead i did apt-get clean && apt-get update && apt get dist-upgrade. everything works fine now :)

well..i didnt have the choice of 4.5...
it was either 4.3 or 4.6
i choose 4.3 but the problem still exist.

Everything was fine until I did a dist upgrade.
Now my Internett freeze after a few seconds, then unfreeze after a minute or two.
