it was a kernel issue:

installed https://build.nethunter.com/nightly/3.15.3-20161126-1805/kernel-nethunter-hammerhead-marshmallow-3.15.3-20161126-1805.zip and everythign worked :)

have the same problems with the installer and the HID on Nexus 5 / NH3. still no solution...
