Search:

go to the path cd /etc/apt/sources.list.d and remove all the keys,

after that go to edit the file nano /etc/apt/sources.list
remove all and post this
deb http://http.kali.org/kali kali-rolling...

try to:
apt-get autoremove
apt-get remove
apt-get autoclean
apt-get clean

after that try to update your system..
