I had to manually install these tools cloud-enum`, `emailharvester`, `phpggc`, `sherlock`, `splinter even after running apt install kali-everything . I am not sure what else was not installed .

I upgraded using the recommended method "sudo apt update && sudo apt -y full-upgrade"
Installation worked just fine, what I am missing is the new tools that is suppose to be installed....
Does not seem that kali support community is going to be of any help. I have same issue and cannot get this resolved cant even install headers which is another problem since you wont be able to...
