Display Brightness Laptop Packard Bell Easy Note TE

Hi,

I have just installed Kali on my Laptop Packard Bell Easy Note TE
and on my Netbook.

On my Netbook I can adjust the display brightness
but on my Laptop this is not possible,
the display is so bright that it is really disturbing.

Does anyone have any solution to this?

Top right - root/System Settings/Brightness and Lock
I do not why but I have to fix my brightness after every reboot...
