    Grub Menu not showing

So, after a very long day I managed to install Kali on my machine alongside my already existing Windows 10 in a dual boot. Thing is, Grub menu doesn't show on boot, unless I keep pressing ESC, and then it shows but without a Windows option to boot.
On my UEFI interface I have 3 options to boot:

1-UEFI OS, which gets me straight to windows 10
2-Windows boot manager, straight to Windows 10 again and
3-Kali, which gets me straight to...Kali
No Grub menu at any point in time.

There used to be a 4th option, booting from my SSD, but for whatever reason it does not show anymore. When I tried yesterday, it gave me a black screen with "GRUB_" written on the upper left corner of the monitor, with the underscore blinking. Pressing any key did nothing.

Been trying to find what my problem is and how to fix it for a whole day now. Tried editing the Grub file on /etc/default/grub with GRUB_TIMEOUT_STYLE=menu and GRUB_DISABLE_OS_PROBER=false among other things but no such luck.

Safe and fast boot are disabled, etc.
Can't find any option on my UEFI to manually add another boot entry.

I've attached a few screenshots that might be pertinent. Any help guiding me in the right direction is appreciated. Thanks!

On the ssd problem. Boot live Kali. Open Gparted. Find ssd drive. Right click unmount if it is mounted. Eight click again and pick check. Hit apply.

You probably unmounted your ssd drive incorrectly for what ever reason and corrupted the file system. After the gparted check. You might get lucky and it will boot up again.
