    GRUB boot loader issue

I am new to Kali Linux, and am I am having issues installing onto a Virtual Box. I keep getting an error stating that the Grub boot loader was unable to be installed. Any help would be very appreciated. Here is the error message:

"No boot loader has been installed, either because you chose not to or because your specific architecture doesn't support a boot loader yet.

You will need to boot manually with the /vmlinuz kernal on partition /dev/sdal and root=/dev/sdal quiet passed as a kernal argument."

When choosing bootloader install, if you just hit enter you have chosen 'no install' you need to choose the bootable drive your Kali OS has just been installed on

Before installing grub, make sure its on the correct partition!
By default it chooses 'no install' (pre highlighted) if you just hit the return key..
