I'm trying tu launch kali linux 2021.1 (it's been a minute i didn't use it)

Mine does the same thing sometimes, I usually give it a minute and don't touch the keyboard.

You can start the desktop from that prompt, Your going to have to either Google or search the forums for how to start whatever desktop you are running
