How to Optimize SSD Drives in Linux

i found this tutorial for optimizing your SSD for Linux:

    http://ohheyitslou.blogspot.co.at/20...-in-linux.html

after doing the optimization I have these output: before I have done that I got ~350MB/sec
    Code:
    /dev/sda:
     Timing cached reads: 22466 MB in 2.00 seconds = 11245.51 MB/sec
     Timing buffered disk reads: 1218 MB in 3.00 seconds = 405.86 MB/sec

    /dev/sda:
     Timing cached reads: 22232 MB in 2.00 seconds = 11128.44 MB/sec
     Timing buffered disk reads: 1218 MB in 3.00 seconds = 405.92 MB/sec

    /dev/sda:
     Timing cached reads: 22458 MB in 2.00 seconds = 11247.23 MB/sec
     Timing buffered disk reads: 1220 MB in 3.00 seconds = 406.46 MB/sec
