VS Code install error

Hello I am trying to install vs code on kali linux i finally figured out how to get into the downloads folder but I get an error right at the end about sandbox

Please note this is a vm running inside virtualbox

Is anyone able to assist?

The open source version that comes without microsoft phone home telemetry is available in the Kali repo..

sudo apt-get install codium
