Problem with Network Manager

Good evenign, how are you ?
I installed Kali nethunter thanks to termux I had no problem for the installation
Just at the level of the "Network Manager is not running" that I cannot correct
Trying the *systemctl status NetworkManager* command
This message is showing me <<System has not been booted with systemd as init system (PID 1). Can't operate.
Failed to connect to bus: Host is down>>
Help me solve this problem please
