I install Kali Purple and then install everything, every tool.
But still didn't get lot of tools, like Autopilot, GVM, Maclolm, etc.
Even sudo apt install kali-autopilot return no package.
What's the problem here?

No problem, Kali purple is a 'blue team' distribution, its for tracing exploits on systems, and stopping attacks.
If you like the colours of Kali purple, install 'normal Kali' and choose the purple theme!
Then you will have the tools you think are missing..
