Issues instaling kali with vm on windows 7

I have been trying unsuccessfully to run kali linux with vm on windows 7. I have downloaded the virtual file from kali.org. I have also downloaded the iso file from kali.org. I still get the same error code when starting the virtual machine. Check attached image to see the error. Please what am i not doing right?

In virtual box settings, try BIOS mode not UEFI
