I encountered some issues during the installation process, particularly when disabling DM-Verity and ForceEncrypt. I resolved these issues using the following methods:

  1. In step 2.08 of the official tutorial, use fastboot to boot the twrp.img. Then, in TWRP, install twrp.zip to recovery and check the A/B slot option.
  2. Format data and reboot the system. My device does not rebuild /data/media after formatting in TWRP, but rebooting the system resolves this issue. At this point, the device remains unencrypted.
  3. Power off the device and then boot into TWRP by holding the volume down and power buttons. Create a backup in TWRP to prevent potential issues that may require starting over.
  4. Disable ForceEncrypt: Use DFE-NEO. Refer to the following XDA forum link:https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/a...table.4454017/First, flash DFE, and then flash Magisk.
  5. Disable DM-Verity: Reboot to BootLoader. Refer to method 2 in the following link:https://droidwin.com/disable-dm-verity-without-twrp/

I hope this experience can be helpful to other OnePlus 7T users when installing Kali NetHunter.
